Ah, it gets better (Sarcasm).

Paid there massive amount required (Amounted to £360 with VAT). Now however, we have a new installid, and basically a bran new account. In still unsure whats going to happen with all the recurring payments on the account using FuturePay, my guess is they will need to be re-created. Causing hassle beyond believe.

To be honest I can't believe you agreed to pay them with all the hassle you've had in the past with downtime.. This would have been my cue to take my business elsewhere.

WTF? I just don't understand how they can't just change the legal entity on your existing account, it's absolute madnes, or come up with some way to import the old details in to a new account.

Indeed Karl. E-mailed them, spoke to them on the phone, but there wouldnt budge on any of it.

Phil: Moving would only cost more, and it would also be a right problem with the recurring payments we have on FuturePay.

If however we have to setup the recurring payments again, we will look into going elsewhere.

To be fair it shouldn't be necessary to send post to an internet oriented business to achieve most things. Especially to not be ripped off.
